Special Orders: Available upon request, Pinnacle Hospitality takes pride in being able to accommodate almost every dietary request including dairy-free, low-fat and gluten-free meals. To ensure we are able to honour your request, 48 hours notice is preferred for these orders. Pricing may vary for special orders.
Hot Lunches: Our hot lunches are prepared and cooked fresh daily. We include an assortment of fresh-baked rolls and bread as part of each hot lunch. Our hot lunches have a minimum order of 8 servings. Orders of 12 or more can be split between two hot lunch offerings.

Cucumber & tomatoes tossed in a yogurt dill dressing. Accompanied by aloo gobi.
Mixed in our house-made Alfredo sauce. Tossed with wild mushrooms, red onions and diced peppers.
Grilled soy ginger salmon
Displayed over Thai sesame noodles. Julienne Asian vegetable slaw.
Kiwi-ginger chicken breast
Sided with a tomato-dill chutney. Sided with orzo pasta, carrots and broccoli.
